| Each year we present two major fund raising activities
as a component to our annual fund raising campaign. These activities
will be in the form of a concert and or a musical production. Other
activities will include community outreach and/or collaborative
activities with other religious, educational, and/or community organizations.
Bi-annual
fund raising performances; spring and fall. Rehearsals and preparation
are ongoing. The percentage of time needed to prepare for these
events is estimated at 60-65%; which will include, rehearsals,
meetings and fundraising.
|
|
The
bi-annual events will be for the purpose of raising operational
funds as well as funds needed to activate and/or maintain
community outreach programs as set in the organizational goals.
These events will be conducted by the members of Follow Hymn
Music Ministries, Inc. Our first event took place on 9/20-21/2002
at Zion Baptist Church, Lynn, MA.
